We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will provide end to end support to our customers on product onboarding, value addition, customisations, retention and growing the business by effective customer success management.
Responsibilities:
- Understand complete product workflows, business rules, operational use cases to ensure customers achieve their business outcomes and realize value.
- Develop process for understanding customer needs & engage accordingly with all stakeholders.
- Bring valuable feedback to product & engineering teams with respect to feedback, bugs, issues and ensure they are correctly patched.
- Be a product expert to deal with any customer requirement and bridge gaps between the product & potential new and existing customers.
- Ensure customers get maximum value from our platforms
- Liaison between the customers and all internal teams.
- Handle customer concerns with confidence and putting them at ease.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
Requirements:
- Educational background must contain degree / course in computer science or engineering such as Graduate – B.E / B.TECH / BSc (IT)
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills
- Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
