One other thing is always that individual states in the United states of america have their very own laws that will affect house owners, which makes it very difficult for the the legislature to come up with a whole new set of rules concerning foreclosures on property owners. The problem is that every state features own regulations which may have impact in an undesirable manner in terms of foreclosure policies.
